Alright, Here are the current Rules and Regulations of this Forum/Role Play:
1.) This is a Harry Potter based Role-play. This Role-Play however cannot use Harry Potter characters and other such things. Your character must be your own.
2.) To create your character go to the Enrollment section. Follow the instructions posted there. If you are going to be a Professor, you need to go to the Application section. Follow the instructions posted there. There has also been a request to be a 1.)Centaur and 2.)Veela, So if you would like you only need to go to the Enrollment section. Follow the instructions posted there.
3.) Please check your writing and grammar. I am not asking you to become a genius and be perfect but don't use words like 'u', 'cuz', and other such things. This can get very confusing for people and it is not how it should be. I want this to be a nice respectable board in which people can have 'fun'.
4.) You may RP with multiple character's. You will just have to make separate accounts for each character and go through the application process just as you normally would.
5.) Please follow regular wizarding standards. This means that whilst within the school's grounds electronics are not able to function and Apparation cannot take place.
6.) Before you can enroll or apply you must activate your account. In order to do this, you need to check the email address that you provided and find the email sent to you. Next you need to be signed in and go to the link at the top of the page that says 'Profile'. When that comes up you will see a small link that says 'Activate Account' Copy and paste the code into the the area provided and press submit. Now you are free to post your enrollment letter or your Application request.
7.) Signatures can be no bigger than 400 x 250. This can be horizontal or vertical. But I asked you to please keep them around this size.
8.) All Passwords that concern you will be mailed to you via Personal Message, so watch for your passwords in the mail. Don't give these out, that will mean I will have to go change them again.
9.) If something happens on this board that warrants me giving you a warning you will get one. When you have a full warning bar (4 warnings) you will be disabled for 3 days, then 6 days, then a 9 days. If it continues then you will probably be banned. The use of the unforgivable curses: Imperius, Cruciatus, and the Avada Kedavra; will be an immediate suspension (disabled for 3 days).
10.) When in the Great Hall, please only make one thread per day. Such as Sept 26, then sept 27. When changing times simply put this ~~Lunch~~ or ~~Dinner~~ to separate the posts.
11.) If you create an account but don't enroll or apply within two weeks, your account will be deleted. When you decide that you are actually going to join you can re-register using the same name,, for there will no longer be an account with that name. If you forget your password you may post a request at the login screen. You will be emailed your password.
12.) I feel the need to emphasize the rule number 3. Grammar includes using quotation marks when you speak or want to communicate through thoughts with someone. I keep seeing people simply typing in responses that are their answers to questions through RP but it could look as if it were simply something the character were doing. So please start using some quotations around your spoken words.
